Areti Group is working with a dynamic and innovative tech company based in Austin, TX who are at the forefront of AI-driven solutions. They specialise in cutting-edge technologies that bridge the gap between cloud and edge computing.
They are seeking a talented Edge AI Engineer to join their passionate team on a permanent basis. As an Edge AI Engineer, you ll play a pivotal role in developing and deploying AI models directly on edge devices. Your work will impact real-world applications across industries, from autonomous vehicles to smart cities.

Remote - ideally placed in CST/CDT time zone

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI models optimized for edge devices (e.g., IoT endpoints, sensors).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Optimize model performance, considering factors like latency, memory, and power consumption.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in edge computing and AI technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of edge computing concepts and hardware limitations.
- Familiarity with computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
