Job Description:
As a Supplementer at Rocc Solid Construction, you will play a vital role in facilitating the insurance claims process and ensuring that Rocc Solid receives accurate and timely estimates for roofing repairs or replacements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing and creating detailed estimates for insurance carriers to accurately assess the cost of roofing repairs or replacements.
- Utilizing Xactimate software to prepare estimates and invoices in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborating with adjusters, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information and documentation for supplementing insurance claims.
- Providing expertise on code upgrades and standards of roof building to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the roofing industry with a strong understanding of roofing insurance claims processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Xactimate software and demonstrated ability to create accurate and comprehensive estimates.
- Knowledge of code upgrades and standards of roof building, including familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
$65,000-$125,000 / year + commission
Salary and commission split is based on performance and experience.
