CA BasedOverview:The Senior Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading and supporting assigned Regions in meeting their financial targets while ensuring an efficient and operationally sound team and customer centered approach in achieving their service and business goals to meet Resident needs, owner expectations, and in accordance with all government regulations and company policies. The Senior Vice President of Operations establishes and leads by example in attaining the company culture objectives through all interactions while ensuring operational standards are met and maintained in a fiscally responsible manner.

Reports to:

Chief Operations OfficerEssential Functions, Duties,and Responsiblities:Makes regular site visits to assigned communities to ensure compliance with all service and business goals.Inspects physical plants during visits. Approve capital expenditures as needed/required.Sources, interviews, hires, trains and performance manages assigned Regional Directors of Operations, Regional Vice Presidents of Operations and Executive Directors, as assigned. May also perform those functions with Community Department Head staff when needed.Interview all prospective Executive Director candidates to ensure candidates have required skill, knowledge and abilities to meet all set targets while operating within Company Culture.Evaluates resident and associate satisfaction. Works with Regional Teams and Executive Directors to increase both resident and associate satisfaction.Performs monthly review of assigned communities financial performance. Works with Executive Directors to develop plans to meet all assigned targets.Monthly review of all communities financial performance. Work with Regional Operations staff to develop plans to meet set targets, when needed.Updates corporate regional assignments, as needed.Serve as a mediator and liaison between ISL, community owners, resident, family, vendors and/or associates when needed.Reviews and ensures monthly, quarterly and annual reports for accuracy.As requested, perform proforma work.Oversees the risk management associated with the administration and operation of Communities according to all local, state, and federal requirements.As directed, work on development of new communities including design, development and opening.As assigned, coordinate the transition of communities to or from ISL working with other with disciplines.Education and Experience Required:Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, Gerontology, or a related fieldMinimum of five (5) years' experience as an Executive DirectorPrefer two (2) years to five (5) years' experience in a regional management position in senior living, nursing, health or related industries.We offer a competitive compensation package including health benefit (medical, dental and vision options).Integral Senior Living & Solstice Senior Living
