Catering Cook
We are seeking an experienced Catering Cook to join our team. MUST HAVE 2+ years of CATERING COOKING EXPERIENCE. As a Catering Cook, you will be responsible for helping the Executive Chef prepare and execute meal services for our events ranging from 50 people - 200 people.
The Terrace Room is looking for individuals who are self-motivated, punctual, efficient, attentive, professional, and take pride in their job. We have a range of private events onsite including weddings, bar/bat Mitzvahs, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Company Holiday Parties and more.
Minimum of two years experience is a prerequisite for the position listed. Lifting weight up to 50 lbs and ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time is a requirement of this position.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Assist with other kitchen responsibilities as needed and requested
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
- Must have a current Food Handles card
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in banquet or event catering is required
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
