BGSF is seeking a contract Payroll Specialist for our nonprofit Chicago client - moving fast!
- 3+ month contract
- $25.00 - $30.00/hr, DOE
- Hybrid 2-3 days/week remote; onsite Mondays and Thursdays
- Targeted start date ASAP
- Monday Friday, 830am 500pm
- Requires 3+ years payroll experience; 500+ employees; payroll tax; Excel; UKG a +

Position Summary
Reporting to the Controller, the Payroll Specialist processes biweekly payroll for approximately 800 employees, performing duties to include maintaining related records, processing voluntary and involuntary deductions, handling tax withholdings and other withholdings, preparing reports for operations management, and performing analysis as necessary to support the Finance team.
