Are you a property assistant looking to prove your strong scheduling, multitasking, and customer service skills? Our client with commercial real estate ties is seeking a Property Administrator to join their busy team for at least 3 months!
About the Job:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including phone assistance, typing, report generation, filing, and correspondence distribution.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, special events, and appointments as requested.
- Assist in lease administration tasks such as setup, changes, and report generation.
- Prepare and manage bid proposals, service contracts, invoices, and financial spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized lease, property, HVAC contracts, and insurance files, including tracking and expiration follow-up.
- Perform additional tasks including greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, managing tenant relations, and fulfilling duties assigned by the Property Manager.
About You:
- You have 1+ years of relevant commercial property experience; A high school diploma is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi are required.
- Experience with MRI or CTI is highly preferred.
- Superb oral/written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to keep information confidential and a strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
About the Position:
- $24/hr-$28/hr
- Temporary for 3 months.
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
