SNI has partnered with a reputable insurance company near Plainville looking for an Account Executive to join their growing team.
Join us as a Commercial Lines Account Executive, where you'll manage designated client accounts, focusing on service, remarketing, consulting, claims communication, and administration. Supported by our administrative team, you'll excel in:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client needs promptly.
- Liaising with carriers/underwriters/producers for renewals, audits, and negotiations.
- Reviewing renewals for coverage gaps and rounding opportunities.
- Managing policy data in our APPLIED EPIC system and issuing certificates.
- Coordinating remarketing efforts, gathering exposure information, and quoting across multiple carrier platforms.
- Ensuring accuracy in policies, endorsements, and documentation.
Requirements for this role include:
- 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Lines Account Executive/CSR roles.
- Knowledge of Medical Malpractice and Bonds.
- Active Property & Casualty Producer License.
- Familiarity with Insurance Industry Standards and Procedures.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in APPLIED EPIC or similar management systems.
