WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to oversee the implementation of a customer journey analytics solution for our client in Financial Services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex technical projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the solution.


WHAT YOU LL DO:


As an embedded expert on the team, you will lead the implementation of the customer journey analytics solution, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, managing projects in a complex environment. Preferred background or familiarity with customer journey analytics technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey analytics concepts and experience with solution implementations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive teams forward towards project goals.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Git/Jira), including working experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead the implementation of the customer journey analytics solution, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple technical teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to executive stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and compliance requirements throughout the implementation process.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the project team.
