Summary of Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe Architect / Sr. Manager - Projects to lead our Adobe analytics initiatives. With a focus on driving business insights through data, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web analytics tools and strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a minimum of 10 years of experience who can innovate and implement data-driven solutions to enhance our digital presence and customer engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Quality checks the tagging spec created by the team members and provide them the necessary feedback on the work done and correct them before sending it to client.
Create the dashboard for the pages implemented in the Adobe analytics workspace to see the trend of the data and user behaviour.
Support the various feed issues across discover and help them resolve by connecting with the client care.
Design and development of the project plan which includes the scope of the pages to be implemented.
Design, evaluate and test all the technical aspects of the product and process development.
Reporting & evaluating the product process development.
Help clients across all the phases of their digital analytics life cycle and support them effectively in getting value out of their Adobe Analytics tags implemented
Give recommendations and provide solutions to enhance the process apart from the regular BAUs
Monitor the tickets delivered by team members to ensure they are meeting the SLAs
Attend the client calls and support on the various queries on the tag spec creation they work and ensure the project maintains good harmony without any escalations.
Education & Work Experience
10-12 years of Web Analytics experience
Adobe Architecture experience
Bachelors in Science, Engineering or equivalen
