Senior Living Sales Representative
LHH is working with a senior living community in Hackettstown, NJ that s looking for an experienced Sales Representative. In this position, you will work closely with the Director of Sales to increase the community s occupancy and retention.

Responsibilities:
- Support the community s revenue and occupancy goals by performing all sales and leasing activities
- Conduct apartment tours
- Follow-up on leads
- Promote positive online reviews and maintain a great reputation
- Review and process applications
- Prepare leases and move-in packages
- Collect deposits, rent, and other funds associated with leasing
- Assist the Director of Sales with any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of sales experience (preferably in senior living)
- Ability to deliver results and meet sales goals
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
