Job Description: Element Staffing is recruiting for an entry level Recruiter in Houston, TX. The Recruiter will assist Element's Houston office achieve staffing objectives by sourcing, evaluating and placing job candidates for a variety of scientific and technical positions. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company that is focused on providing first class service to both clients and candidates.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruiting source, screen, test, interview, and place candidates for temporary, temporary to hire, payroll, and direct placement positions.
Source candidates for open roles and future opportunities using job boards, databases, and recruiting tools.
Create and modify documents in MS Word, including resumes and other HR type documents.
Post jobs on different platforms and assess resumes for job fit.
Assist with social media posting for team members on LinkedIn, Facebook, or other social media platforms.
Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and gain commitment for their job requirements.

Years of Experience: 0-2+ years

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Shift/Travel: M-F 8am-5pm

Compensation: DOE

Assignment Type: Direct Hire
