Job Description:

Seeking the right individual to fit a role wearing multiple hats. This person will be involved in the Sales, Design, Engineering and Construction/Installation process of Clean Rooms for medical facilities. The sales and construction project manager creates and implements sales strategies for an organization to grow its customer base and increase revenue. Overseeing and leading the project management team to plan, organize, and control selling operations of the company's product portfolio and possible solutions to their clients within construction industry.

Required Skills:

  • Construction Project management - Medical experience preferred.
  • Construction Design and Estimating - CAD or other software programs
  • Manages a construction manager and oversees their work. Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports. Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan. Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
  • Plan and Develop the Project Idea. Every project starts as an idea.
  • Create and Lead Team.
  • Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.
  • Solve Issues That Arise.
  • Manage the Money.
  • Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction.
