CLASSIFICATION: Non-ExemptSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: SecretGS EQUIVALENT: GS-9, Step 1, $27.86LOCATION: 600 19th Street NW, Washington, DC 20006 (Passport HQ)WORK HOURS/DAYS: 8am-4:45pm/Monday-FridayAPPLY TO JOB LINK: Administrative Assistant II shall serve as a clerical specialist and be responsible for working independently in delivering tasks and reports. The Administrative Assistant II may be asked to evaluate and consolidate information from various sources under short deadlines, such as internal or external survey information, compile collected statistics and prepare reports, maintaining confidential information.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:HS Diploma (Associates or bachelor's Preferred)Two (2) years of experience supporting at an executive level.Four (4) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in an office environment.Five (5) years of experience of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook).QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and assignments.Ability to establish working relationships at all organizational levels.Ability to accurately manage tasks and assignments.Ability to disseminate information and/or requests to all office personnel and compile responses.DUTIES/TASKS:Track and report official time and attendance records for all federal employees within the office through the Time and Attendance Electronic System.Assist with travel arrangements using online Travel Manager System and complete travel vouchers for employee reimbursement.Answer incoming calls, manage mail, track memoranda, correspondence and taskers, prepare briefing materials and compile reports; organize, type, collate and file; maintain personnel calendars and appointments, assist with ordering, tracking, receiving inventory.Track and verify Government employee award/recognition payments.Process employees for badges and assist with new hire orientation and respond to routine questions on policy and procedures.Admit and welcome visitors into the facility and maintain visitor log-in files.Liaise with building management to report and resolve maintenance issues.Assist with ordering, tracking, receiving, inventorying office supplies through various methods.About Us:XSI is a leading provider of information technology and professional services known for outstanding service delivery in a wide range of professional services engagements around the country.
