Our client, a real estate development and property management company in Washington, DC, has an immediate need for direct-hire Property Operations Manager to join their team!
About the Job:
- Work closely with Property Manager to prioritize client satisfaction and experience.
- Manage lease proposals, conduct property tours for potential tenants, and support events for tenants to foster a community atmosphere.
- Manage all aspects of annual budget forecasting, development and tracking, including operating budgets and capital plans, financial reporting, and third-party vendors proposals/contracts for renovation and construction projects.
- Facilitate office space development for new clients and supervise building projects including major renovations and maintenance projects.
About You:
- 3+ years of previous real estate property/operations management, or hotel/hospitality, experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills; adept and reporting and presenting on budget status.
- Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, a passion for creating exceptional client experiences, in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- Up to $75K, depending on experience
- Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC
