THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE FOREVER. MUST HAVE A ACTIVE California STATE BAR.
I am looking for people with 6+ months of workers comp experience for these roles.
We are a workers' compensation firm and we are looking for an experienced attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities include meeting with new clients, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court and at depositions, and conducting doctor depositions.
The ideal candidate must have the following qualities: 6+ month of workers comp experience.
- Ability to respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and keep them apprised as to case status and update
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to handle a high caseload
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
