Content Delivery Manager:


You will be responsible for:


Work directly with the client and internal production team- in onshore and offshore, to

deliver commercial marketing assets which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print

collateral and social media assets

Act as a primary point-of-contact throughout the production lifecycle, alongside client

delivery managers- from requirements gathering through final delivery

Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates including on production

milestones, risk management, and resolution

Work directly with key clients and have full accountability for delivery of assets and

product launches.

Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing

programs with Brand goals

Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client Partnership



Must Have:


3 to 6 years in an account management or related experience

Participation in key client meetings including status meetings and presentations

Has strong relationship management, organizational and management skills.

Manages client closely and knows when to escalate internal and/or client concerns

Is able to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client

partners

Is able to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including

Creative and Technical Delivery teams.
