We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in international sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by calling on customers in the Middle East and Europe. Your expertise in selling perishable products and your deep understanding of international trade, container shipments, and tariffs will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Penetration:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Middle East and European markets.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including distributors, retailers, and direct customers.
  • Leverage your network and industry knowledge to establish new business relationships.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand their needs, challenges, and pain points related to perishable products.
  • Present tailored solutions and negotiate contracts.
  1. Sales Performance:
  • Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  1. International Travel:
  • Be prepared to travel up to 30% of the time for overseas client visits.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Represent our company at industry events and trade shows.
  1. Industry Expertise:
  • Utilize your strong understanding of international trade, including container shipments and tariffs.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide insights to product development teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in international sales, with a focus on perishable products.
  • Proven track record in key account management and business development.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and seek support when necessary.
