In this role you will be working with a future driven team to collaborate on the organization of superintendents, subcontractors and liaising with the director of construction & design team to understand the drawings & apply what is required to ensure the project runs smoothly. Along with this, you will need to have the ability to hold safety talks & organize the subcontractors on site & also, this Project Manager will be client facing & will be required to run multiple projects at one time, from the outset through to completion.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager within the DDOT Transportation, Civil &/Or Infrastructure industry, looking for a company that is team focussed & a great place to work, while offering excellent technical progression & operates within an ambitious & supportive culture. Role:
* Ensuring the onsite team, along with superintendents & subcontractors are completing necessary responsibilities to achieve project success
* Delegation & orchestrating construction related responsibilities on site subcontractors, suppliers, reports, safety talks
* Providing progress reports
* Progression opportunities (Operations, Senior Project, Procurement, General Manager)
The Person:
* Experienced as a number 1 Project Manager
* Experienced with D DOT projects
* Valid driver license
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal staff, subcontractors & clients
