Location: White Bear Lake, Minnesota
Wage: $20 - $23/hr.
Hours: 7:30 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties of the shipping and receiving clerk: - Prepare and manage international and domestic shipments
- Fill out bills of lading and understand various forms used by major freight carriers
- Manage proper packaging methods and interpret visual aids for packaging requirements
- Arrange carrier pick-ups as specified in customer purchase orders
- Keep an adequate inventory of shipping materials
- Receive responsibilities, including interpreting packing slips, entering correct information into the computer, arranging sample deliveries, and acknowledging receipt of goods
- Use UPS/FEDEX and other online systems for shipping orders
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
Requirements of the shipping and receiving clerk: - 3-5 years of warehouse/distribution experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of standard freight documentation and terms
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word) and prior ERP/MRP experience
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience with bin counts and international shipping.
