Position: Account Executive


Overview: As an Account Executive at Acuative, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing 2-3 existing key accounts. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of account management, including retention, growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and P&L management. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can drive revenue, account operating profit, and client satisfaction while building and managing senior relationships within these key accounts. Collaborating closely with the Acuative Client Success Manager, you'll share the responsibility for ensuring profit objectives are met and conducting ongoing strategic planning.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and performance is optimized, offering recommendations to enhance service level agreements, metrics, and business trends.
  • Partner with the Acuative Client Success Manager to deploy appropriate resources to support business operational needs effectively.
  • Directly manage and oversee all large projects within assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth integration of business solutions.
  • Recommend technology upgrades and managed solutions to enhance client business outcomes and experiences.
  • Provide recommendations on technical, contractual, administrative, and financial policies and procedures to ensure adherence to agreed-upon requirements and metrics.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to leverage resources and solutions, reducing costs and meeting service level agreements.
  • Engage directly with clients to ensure satisfaction with solutions, develop stronger ongoing relationships, build new executive connections, and identify additional opportunities for company solutions.
  • Lead by influence, supporting team members to enhance their performance, development, and work product, and motivate them by recommending financial incentives within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
  • Prepare, recommend, and oversee the development of operating budgets for assigned key accounts, monitoring spending for adherence to budget plans, and recommending variances. Conduct budget analysis as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred or equivalent.
  • Five or more years of experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of company business practices, P&L management, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience with managed solutions and service offerings.
  • Proficiency in financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently as well as part of a team.


Compensation: At Acuative, compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including experience, education, skills, and organizational requirements. We offer competitive compensation packages, and the current estimate for this position's compensation range is $80K-120K and variable compensation plan.
