Job Description:
A skincare company is seeking an organized, proactive, and versatile individual for the role of Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO. This position involves managing various responsibilities including household affairs, family matters, and executive-level tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate personal and professional domains seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Support:
- Provide comprehensive assistance to the Founder & CEO in managing household affairs, including scheduling appointments and overseeing household budgets.
- Act as a point of contact for personal matters, including correspondence and scheduling commitments.
- Assist with childcare responsibilities, coordinating schedules and extracurricular activities.
- Manage travel arrangements for the Founder & CEO and their family.
Executive Assistance:
- Support the Founder & CEO in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in preparing agendas and materials for meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between the Founder & CEO and stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks related to office management.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Coordinate special events and gatherings on behalf of the Founder & CEO.
- Provide on-site support during events.
Miscellaneous Duties:
- Conduct research and compile information on various topics.
- Handle personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
