As a Senior Web Application Development Lead at Medisolv, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the development of innovative software solutions that enhance healthcare quality.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire web application development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.

Your expertise in project management methodologies and your ability to effectively communicate and manage stakeholder expectations will be essential in delivering high-quality web applications that meet the needs of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines
Develop project plans, including task breakdowns, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate with web developers, designers, content creators, and other team members
Allocate resources effectively based on project requirements and team capabilities
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other developers, including a small offshore team
Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using industry-standard tools and technologies
Implement, deploy, and test web application features and functionality
Act as a primary point of contact for project updates and communication with stakeholders
Provide regular progress reports, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure websites are responsive, functional across different devices and browsers, and meet accessibility standards
Troubleshoot and resolve web application issues and bugs
Maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, progress reports, and change requests

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

10 years of .net framework and .net core experience

3 years of C# experience

Experience integrating with BI tools

Experience with electronic medical records or other healthcare related information systems
Experience in web application development, project management, and coordination roles
Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Supervisory experience as this role will supervise one future onshore developer
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Experience with software development tools and technologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Enjoys working on a fast-paced team
High attention to detail
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing and deploying cloud based systems
Familiar with coding taxonomies used in healthcare billing and electronic medical records, such as ICD-10 codes, CPT-4 codes, MS DRGs, SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm
Education or aptitude for applied mathematics
