As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in handling a variety of legal tasks to support our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests under attorney supervision. Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case preparation. Organize and maintain case files and documentation. Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness materials. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule appointments and court appearances. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a litigation paralegal Proficient in legal research and document drafting Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of Arizona court procedures and rules Experience with eDiscovery software Familiarity with case management systems Trial preparation and support experience Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 annually depending on experience
