*This role is an on-site role in Honolulu, Hawaii, supporting a facility recently acquired by our client, a Fortune 100 manufacturer and distributor.*


**We are open to discussing relocation to Honolulu for all interested and qualified candidates**


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of all IT hardware, software, and systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and support requests from church staff and volunteers, providing timely and effective assistance.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain and improve our Church Management Database System, RockRMS, to best serve the staff and ministry.
  • Develop and implement a volunteer recruitment strategy to attract individuals with relevant IT skills and expertise to support the IT department.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical support of both hardware and software application portfolios
  • Experience with a ticket management tool such as ServiceNow or Remedy to track and excalate changes
  • Solid troubleshooting and customer service skills
