Working under general supervision and in collaboration with the Vela Marketing Management team, WRBC Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator performs a wide variety of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the marketing department. Supports CMO and Executive team in the execution of Marketing & Distribution strategy and initiatives. Assists CMO and Executive team in coordinating various communications and marketing activities. Coordinates and produces marketing and communications collateral. Supports in the coordination of Vela's social media strategy. Executes a diverse array of details that involve email broadcast, trade shows and events, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, internal communications, and Vela website and intranet.
