PROJECT MANAGER
Salary Range: $70K-$80K + monthly commissions potential + car allowance or company car.

Hours: Mon-Fri
Project Manager:
- PM s 50% in office and 50% in the field site walks.
- Position can sit in Anaheim or Van Nuys. Territory: ALL SCAL and needs to be willing to commute to the respective worksites.
- Generate sales and manage projects specific to commercial doors, hardware, and loading dock equipment.
- Perform both inside and outside sales.
- Must be able to work with the Property and Facility Managers for the different businesses.
- Must have an advanced knowledge of various aspects/types of the commercial door industry, product knowledge, project management, material ordering, and project estimating.
- Must have outstanding communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to manage numerous projects and details simultaneously.
- Must also have a minimum of 4 years experience as a project estimator, project manager, or within a similar role that has the same responsibilities.
- Ability to bring in/establish new customers when in the field. Ex: Reaching out to the respective PM s or Leasing Managers
- Will attend trade shows.
