Job Details
Highly respected AM Law 200 firm is seeking an Associate for their very busy L+E group. Qualified candidates will have 4-5 years of experience working on matters related to discrimination, wage/hour and labor matters, as well as providing counseling on risk.
Compensation would be in the $230-260K range and they are on a hybrid schedule of 3 days in/2 days remote. The billable hour requirement is 1900 hours with bonus tiers at 2100 and 2200 hours. There is also an open path to partnership for those interested in developing a book of business further down the line but there is also not an 'up or out' policy.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of employment litigation experience from an AM Law 200 firm or recognized boutique
- Labor law experience highly preferred
- Licensed to practice in NY
- Excellent academic record
- Must be driven and competitive
