Accounts Receivable / Payroll

Responsibilities:

  • Complete all required government reports regarding biweekly payroll and taxes as assigned.
  • Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Prepare budget and process all budget estimates as required.
  • GL Accounts reconciliation.
  • Process timecards and prepare agency payroll.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile and maintain employee vacation and leave balances.
  • Generate and Analyze General Ledger created by ADP systems and transfer to MS Dynamics SL
  • Complete monthly billings and Collections.
  • Download SL monthly statements and anyalyze corresponding deductions.
  • Maintain employee tax information










Required:
  • Minimum 4 year degree in accounting or business related degree.
  • 5 years Accounts Receivable and Payroll experience.
  • Strong customer service skills, organized, attentive to details and be able to prioritize and multitask.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with MS Dynamics (Preferred).
  • Effective command of English language (verbal/written).
