Client Activation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Activation Manager to lead the successful rollout of our revenue cycle solutions across a diverse range of healthcare clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs, managing the implementation process from planning through go-live, and ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Health Business Solutions (HBIZ), founded in 2002, is a high-impact, transitional outsourcing firm that provides near-term relief to overturn denied claims and accelerate cash while concurrently working with providers and health systems to address Revenue Cycle under-performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans that outline key milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of each phase.

Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process. Facilitate meetings, provide regular updates, and ensure all client concerns are addressed promptly.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, IT, and operations teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and clients.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure objectives are achieved.

Training and Support: Coordinate the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for clients. Provide ongoing support during the post-implementation phase to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all implementation activities meet our high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

4+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare IT or revenue cycle management.

Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes and challenges within the healthcare industry.

Knowledge of Smartsheet and other project management tools.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Familiar with project management disciplines
