Liquid Environmental Solutions is looking for an FSA- Field Service Driver Assistant to join our Team!* Ideal for CLASS B CDL or NEW CLASS A CDL Drivers*While some work may be local, our drivers CAN TRAVEL OTR for TWO to THREE WEEKS at a timeOur fleet of vacuum trucks and vacuum tankers specializes in removing and recycling non-hazardous industrial waste (liquids and sludge) from oil-water separators, grit traps, reclaim tanks, and trenches.You will be assigned a tablet with your monthly route assignment and your driver log software on it. There is on-the-job training lasting one or two months, so you will not be "thrown to the wolves."Training pay is the same as regular pay.This opportunity is an over-the-road AND Local Daily Route Position!* Drivers must be willing and able to fly on an airplane. On occasion, we may need to send our employees to specific locations for customer service needs.DURING OTR and TRAVEL:single-occupant hotel rooms are paid for by the company. The office will be booking your rooms through Hotwire. Your food and incidentals are covered by a per diem.We are paid weekly.This opportunity is a PHYSICALLY DEMANDING job, working mostly outside, and exposed to the weather. You will need to be able to slide open manway covers at or above 70 lbs., tug on and set up 3in x 20 long hoses, and climb ladders up to 12 ft high.You must pass a background check, a Motor Vehicle Records check, and a drug test. A road test must be passed before offering-Must not be a felony as we work airports and military bases as well. Must be at least 21 years of age.Safety-toe shoes are required; steel or composite are both accepted.Truck Insurance Qualificators* Valid, applicable CDL Class A or CLASS B license* Tankers Endorsement* Class A trucks are MANUAL transmission (10-speed, 13-speed, 18-speed)* At least 1 year of experience driving similar equipment* Valid US CDL license for at least 1 year* Only 1 major violation in the last 3 years, but we evaluate up to 5 years* 2 or fewer minor violations* 1 accident occurred in the last 3 yearsWe're not a typical "trucking" company. Our drivers perform service work most of the day using a vacuum attachment on their tanker.
