**Bi-Lingual English / Spanish Cargo Warehouse Administration - for a fixed term contract of 60 days!**

(This is a fixed term contract of 60 days , but there may be an opportunity to stay with the company longer.)

Located in our cargo warehouse adjacent to Miami International Airport, Florida, as a member of the Menzies Aviation Cargo Warehouse Administration team, you will be responsible for organizing and arranging document data in numerical or alphabetical order and enter data according to established procedures. This individual will assist managers, suppliers and customers with their inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Receiving/confirming inbound cargo

* Sorting and segregation of inbound cargo

* Labeling of cargo and entry into the various IT systems

* Locating cargo inventory

* Compare data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors

* Proofread base documents for correctness

* Maintain files and compiles routine reports

* Print reports, verifies and validates that information is correct.

* Resolves issues of both simple and complex nature

* Perform general office duties

**Qualifications**

* Must be 18 years of age

* Have a proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

* Must pass pre-employment drug screen

* Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English and Spanish

* Ability to perform basic math calculations

* Must pass background check and obtain US Custom seal as required

* Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays

* Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Airports and Custom badges/seals

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
