Responsibilities:

Lead and expand practice teams for advanced multi-discipline projects in renewable energy, sustainability, solar engineering, and battery storage systems.
Bring your entrepreneurial spirit to the table and craft a vision for the growth of their West Coast renewable energy practice and beyond.
Enjoy autonomy to spearhead and nurture your business, setting goals, and fostering positive client relationships.
Lead with integrity, sound business principles, and effective communication within your team and with partners.
Drive the growth of their Renewable Energy Practice, mentoring staff and ensuring project profitability.

What They Offer:

Competitive base salary ranging from $155,000 to $225,000, with the potential for impressive bonus rewards based on performance.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in engineering, design, and management of renewable energy projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of California is ideal, but not a hard requirement
Established client contacts and relationships within the local market.
Proven track record in business development and winning work.
Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills.
Passion for client engagement and problem-solving.
Ability to effectively manage and mentor staff while maintaining project profitability.
