We are looking for a Field Application Specialist to support our growth, our government and private clients in their adoption of our products and in the success of their missions.

As part of our Operations team, your mission will be to deploy, demonstrate, train and support our customers in their use of Elistair drones and products in North America.

You will accompany our customers before, during and after the delivery of the products. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Technical team.


Responsibilities:

Demos: Organize and conduct demos to assist sales efforts.

Initial training and onboarding: Introduce customers, partners, distributors and other stakeholders to the configuration, use, user maintenance and servicing of Elistair drones, including hands-on training and webinars.

Maintain regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance of internal and external flights with aviation regulations. Ensure flight safety and compliance with procedures.

Product feedback: Collect end-user needs and provide feedback on our products and services to improve our offering and influence the roadmap.

Pre-Sales consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical insights to prospects, help identify customer needs, and advise on optimal solutions.

After-sales support: Serve as a link between the company and customers to resolve technical issues. Offer a first level of operational support, in collaboration with our technical maintenance team.

Documentation: Participate in the writing of training materials, user manuals, tutorials and other materials in close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.

Equipment management: Manage and maintain the demo equipment fleet up to date and ready to deploy.

Internal training: Train new employees or team members on the technical and application aspects of the products.

Technology watch: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technological developments in the drone industry to advise the company and customers.

Your responsibilities will also include system testing, customer support during live operations, and attending trade shows.


Desired Profile:

Technical degree or relevant work experience in a robotic, drone, or similar environment

Basic technical knowledge related to products (electronic, electrical, mechanical, soft)

Experience in the field of Defense or Security is a plus

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Ability to interact and communicate positively and effectively with customers

Possession of an FAA Part 107 license is a plus

Fluency in French is not required but an advantage

Located in the greater Wilmington, NC region or willing to relocate

Availability for frequent travel (up to 50% of the time)

Flexible scheduling to accommodate international time zones

Self-motivated, good interpersonal communication

Calm and pragmatic, organized. Ability to handle situations under pressure
