Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facets of commercial new construction projects from start to completion. Project values can range from $30k - $250M+
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Foster strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, and internal staff
Responsible for project organization, implementation and completion to the satisfaction of the client
Manage project plans from preconstruction to completion
Establish checklists for inspections and SOPs
Work in coordination with field personnel to implement and enforce quality control standards
Administer work inspections to ensure that quality and performance standards are being met
Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
+/- 5-10 years industry of experience
Demonstrated history of overseeing commercial base building projects from start to finish
Experience overseeing projects ranging from $30M - $250M or higher
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and other project management software
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction
