Job Title: Administrative Coordinator (4-6 Month Contract)

Location: Downtown Denver

Hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility


We are partnering on a search with a local organization seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join the HR team on a contract basis for a duration of 4-6 months. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in converting paper files to electronic format by scanning and uploading documents into Dayforce. Additionally, the role will involve data entry tasks and require strong computer skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Scan paper documents and convert them into electronic files
  • Upload scanned documents into Dayforce or other designated software
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Organize and maintain electronic files in a systematic manner
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
