Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Home Health Aide at HomeAid Health Care. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing personal care services to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring and reporting changes in patient health, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. The Home Health Aide will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Experience with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
