**JOB SUMMARY:**
Understanding shop floor processes using SAP system and interdepartmental documents to plan, schedule, and control a variety of issues, situations, or requirements while completing assigned work area activities.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Performs a variety of coordination activities while analyzing shop orders, production management and/or SAP system order information, to assure schedule compliance within assigned area.
- Dispatches warehouse orders and facilitates order fulfillment to satisfy customer demand.
- Maintains data integrity and order queue required to support scheduling.
- Manages daily incoming kit fill carts and sub assembly queues to support warehouse work load scheduling.
- Analyzes customer material requirements and prioritizes daily work schedule accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and change
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy along with the ability to stand firm when necessary
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills

**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION:**
* High school graduate or GED required.
* Some college preferred.
**EXPERIENCE:**
* Minimum 6 months relative experience preferred
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
* Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy along with the ability to stand firm when necessary
* Must have strong written and oral communication skills
* SAP planning experience preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Aircraft experience related to expediting and scheduling highly preferred
