Carolina PRG is partnering with a multi-million-dollar organization to assist with the search for a Finance Manager. This role will support multiple business units providing monthly financials to the executives, analytics to KPIs, and preparing the forecasting and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning to ensure the company meets its financial goals.
- Present financials to business leaders to support forecasting and budgeting planning.
- Provide support through business analysis, strategic oversight, identification of areas for improvement and management of key projects, including some operational and commercial projects.
- Manage the financial statement close process to timely and accurate completion while ensuring conformity with accounting policies, procedures, and control requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 4 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Extensive Excel experience
