Now hiring Warehouse Logisitcs Coordinator in Beacon Falls, CT! The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination of internal and external shipments.
Responsibilities:
Monitors and sets up inventory transfers between site warehouse network.
Maintains and updates electronic files, records, and delivery schedules.
Receive and process routing requests.
Submits routing requests for domestic shipments following customer's routing guides.
Audit transportation and non-inventory purchases, invoices, and, in the event of a discrepancy, submits dispute to vendor while following up through resolution.
Desired Background/Skills:
5+ years of prior experience in advanced shipping coordination and logistics.
Must be highly proficient utilizing various shipping software programs.
Ability to identify and correct shipment issues in a timely manner.
Must have prior experience utilizing MS Excel and Outlook.
Must be 18+ years old
