Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
