Completes requisite training programs and obtains certifications from manufacturers, industry associations, and the company.
Capable of training colleagues on advanced installation techniques.
Proactively seeks out and familiarizes oneself with new technologies to share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering A/V control systems and residential networking, coupled with outstanding customer service aptitude.
