**YOU have:**
* Experience developing in MS .NET and proficient working with SQL Server databases.
* Knowledge in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management.
* Strong logic and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members.
**The Challenge:**
* Support of an existing production system (bug fixes), O&M changes, and new development.
* Ability to integrate into an existing system that contains over **2 million lines of source code, 1000 database tables**, and **3,000 stored procedures** and exhibit complex analytical skills of data across multiple databases.
* Ensure that the ISR system remains compliant with the DOD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) Acquire-to-Retire Process.
* Perform annual analysis of the BEA business processes, data structure, data elements, requirements definition and data mapping in support of the consolidation of Army-wide source systems.
* Work with functional experts, analysts, and developers to understand the business requirements and testing needs and translate them to technical requirements.
* Engage team and organizational colleagues to improve and resolve product development issues, achieve timely delivery, and promote product delivery goals.
**Position Qualifications**
* 3 - 5 years of experience managing or maintaining an Information System or other DoD equivalent.
* 3 years of .NET development, VB.NET, C#.NET, MVC and Entity framework experience
* 3 years of SQL Server database maintenance and development experience (CRUD, Stored Procedures)
* Experience using Visual Studio, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL server reporting services (SSRS), SSMS, Azure DevOps, HTML, CSS, and IIS
* Bachelors Degree
* Clearance
