Job Details

Our client is an established General Contractor that specializes in cannabis design, engineering, and consultations. They assist in planning through construction. This will be a dual role of Project Management as well as some estimating.

• Duties: Reviewing job plans and keeping projects on time
• Establishing working relationships with subcontractors
• Following/Creating Gantt Charts
• Procuring Equipment when needed
• Qualifications:3+ Years as a Project Manager or Estimator in Commercial Construction
• Must be familiar with construction software and proficient
• Have the ability to do estimating of projects
• Must be able to do a 2-3 project look ahead

This will be hybrid role-
