**LOCATION:** Barneveld, WI **Summary:** Our client located in Barneveld, just a short drive west of Madison, is adding to their Customer Service team! Seeking self-starters with top notch customer service. Looking for individuals who have previous customer service experience, are passionate about contributing towards common goals, and who are eager to learn and take initiative. **Responsibilities:**
* Maintain Individual Customer Service Goals and Objectives as provided on a quarterly basis
* Assist customers in post-sale order requests including but not limited to returns, replacements, cancellations tracking, and shipping inquires
* Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
* Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using procedures learned during new-hire training
* Accurately complete all work when updating sensitive customer account information
* Effectively transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party
* Maintain current knowledge of products to help customers make their selection
* Deliver and contribute to individual and departmental goals and results
* Carry out a series of work instructions without constant supervision
* Daily use of internal email and other communication systems
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
* HS diploma or equivalent required
* 5+ years minimum Customer Service or Call Center Experience
* Typing skill of 45 wpm
* Clear understanding of sales and customer service principles
* A strong grasp of Internet navigation
* Ability to multi-task in multiple electronic media
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
* Ability to work independently and and be an effective team player
* Ability to work weekend and overtime schedules to include various holidays
