Join the WINNING TEAM at IGT Global! IGT is seeking a Computer Operator in the area of Richmond, VA. This position requires you be flexible with shift as it is a 24/7 operation. The position offers competitive wages and shift differential for off-shift hours. It is an entry level position responsible for general technical support of the data systems for lottery sale systems. This position is NOT a remote opportunity so the candidate should be local to the data center site. Candidates should also be flexible to work a night shift position. Data Center shifts are 12 hours, with 3 or 4 days per week.
Please Note: This will be a night shift position, 7p-7a.

ResponsibilitiesNight shift 24x365 On Site operational Nightly support of our product development and systems integration teams, our lottery operations and customers, as well as monitor IGT's enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues as required.
- Assist in the Nightly operation of computer systems.
- Carry out all tasks on the Nightly checklist under supervision.
- Generate reports required. Assist in verifying the validity and clarity of computer reports and other output before releasing it from Computer Operations.
- Assist in the recovery activities necessary to restore normal operations.
- Follow the correct escalation procedures within Computer Operations and other Departments who are inter-dependent.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required
IT, technical, or related college degree or certifications are preferred
1-2 years' experience with Service Desk, Help Desk, Call Center, or Customer Service positions
Basic experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Technical knowledge and skills required

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $13.99 - $17.00. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
