Description
Pepin Distributing Company's team of Warehouse Order Selectors work in a fast-paced warehouse environment building orders on pallets to make sure our customers' stores are fully stocked with our wide range of products.

Work Schedule : Full-time: Sunday 9 AM to 1 PM; Monday - Thursday 11 AM - 10 PM (or when work is complete)
Starting Pay : $45,000 to $55,000 earning potential depending on performance; $16 per hour starting (raises every 6 months) plus commissions for every case picked.
Top Performers : Within the first 1-2 years top performers can make over $70,000.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using electric pallet jack and Warehouse Management System to build loads.
- Correctly hand stacking mixed pallets of product for sale to our customers.
- Maintain clean, safe working environment always and adheres to strict safe working practices, Company policies, rules, regulations, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports to supervisor if not immediately correctable.
- Report obvious vehicular equipment malfunctions or safety problems to supervisor immediately.
- Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of electric ride-on pallet jack experience
- Prefer one (1) year of directly related warehouse experience
- Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
- Regular and Punctual attendance per the Attendance Guidelines
Physical Requirements: - Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus)
- Continuous standing and walking during shift
- Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack
- Continuous lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling of various packages with weights up to 100 pounds
Salary Description
$35,000 - $65,000 per year
