Position overview:
As an Innovative .NET Software Engineer, you will:
- Harness your coding and analytical skills throughout the entire system development life cycle to build cutting-edge, custom .NET applications.
- Display a strong interest in developing high-performing, reliable, and scalable applications that push the boundaries of what is possible.
- Communicate effectively with managers, providing regular progress updates, identifying roadblocks, and offering proactive suggestions and solutions.
- Analyze existing applications to identify pain points and develop innovative solutions.

Must-have skillsets: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive experience creating and communicating with internal/external Web Service APIs using REST and SOAP protocols.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years as a professional C# .NET Developer.
- Deep understanding and application of object-oriented programming principles (S.O.L.I.D.).
- Expertise in developing applications using C# as a .NET Developer.
- Self-motivated with an exceptional work ethic, actively seeking problems to solve and taking initiative with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks, and effectively managing time.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing for efficient collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio (MVS) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
Bonus point if you have: - Experience developing full SDLC applications using Microsoft SQL Management Studio, including proficiency in Microsoft T-SQL commands.
- Familiarity with design/architectural patterns such as MVC and MVVM.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, web application architecture, and relational database design.
- Mobile development experience, particularly with Xamarin, Native, iOS/Android platforms, would be a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to develop both internal and external facing applications.
- Proven aptitude in gathering requirements and troubleshooting issues in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with team members.
