1) Experience with high-speed production equipment and ability to perform machine trouble shooting, proper repairs, minor adjustments and machine changeovers. 2) Experience/ familiarity with horizontal & vertical flexible packaging equipment designed for the manufacture of safe quality products while demonstrating the knowledge and adherence of GMP Policies, Food Safety, and Food Defense Prerequisite programs (SQF, HACCP etc.). 3) Ability to ensure adherence of line specific S.O.P's. 4) Maintain all Quality and line paperwork required. 5) Good communication skills. 6)Willingness to perform proper sanitation on utensils, equipment and facilities utilized. 7) Ability to work without supervision.
