Position Overview:

We are looking for Surgical Assistants with proficiency in robotic surgery or orthopedic surgery to support our surgical team. As a Surgical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our surgical procedures. Your expertise and dedication will directly impact the quality of care we provide to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the surgical team in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of surgery.
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments.
• Ensure a sterile environment in the operating room.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Assist in surgical procedures, including general surgery, robotic surgery, and orthopedic surgery.
• Monitor and document patient vitals and assist with patient positioning.
• Provide excellent patient education and support.

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) or equivalent certification (SA-C, CSFA, LSA, RNFA).
• Proficiency in general surgery, robotic surgery, or orthopedic surgery.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a sterile and safe surgical environment.
• Willingness to collaborate and support the surgical team.
• Current CPR certification.
