As one of the members of our Veeva Vault Solution Consulting team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process by understanding our customer's business needs and matching the Vault solution that best meets the customer's vision.
At Veeva, we offer excellent opportunities for our people to capitalize on their skills and grow in a dynamic, unique, and exceptional work environment.What You'll DoAnalyzing and understanding customer requirementsConfiguring and delivering solution demonstrationsUsing experience to guide customers to a best-in-class solutionProviding solution-oriented responses to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs)Preparing and delivering demonstrations aligned to RFP/RFI responsesLeading Workshops, Conference Room Pilots (sandbox exercises), and Proof of ConceptsWorking with cross-functional team members to ensure customer success and deliver valueSupport marketing activities such as recording videos, presenting webinars, attending conferencesRequirements5+ years of experience in a Quality role in MedTech- this can be either working directly for a MedTech company or for a service provider to MedTechDeep knowledge of quality/manufacturing operations in the MedTech IndustryFirst-hand experience with Medical Device Complaint handling and eMDRWillingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the US (when possible)Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsDriven self-starter; able to work independentlyBachelor s DegreeNice to Have3+ years experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing role for a software companyExperience with Veeva Quality solutionsISO 13485/14971 CertificationsExperience in consulting or project implementationBiomechanical, Plastics, or Electrical backgroundSystems Implementation/consulting experienceValidation and/or Testing experienceMBA or other relevant Masters DegreePerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $80,000- $200,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
